Hello Everyone,

As you are all getting ready for an exciting weekend, I would like to take a moment and help answer a couple of questions for you all.

Regarding the mealtimes, the price for the ticket does not cover these meals. We will have a few vendors at the event including Chick-fil-a, Cici’s Pizza, and a sub place; all of which will have meals for sale that are usually within $5-$10 per person. You may also feel free to do your own meal options as well.

Also, IF you did not receive your bar-code email, do not fear. If you will simply bring your confirmation page with you and come to the registration table, we will take care of you (and if you can’t find that…lol it’s ok, JUST COME). Regardless, I will have a list onsite with everyone who is registered for the event and will be able to take care of you.

Hey Friends,

I wanted to make you aware of the Super Early Bird deadline that is coming up on November 28th. I know that with Thanksgiving this will be hard for some people to make so I am going to extend this. If you will call and let us know that you are wanting to take advantage of this price, I will extend this deadline for the following week until December 5th.

Also, if you want to take advantage of this price but do not have the money together just yet, contact us to find out about the Buy Now, Pay Later option. We would love to serve you in any way possible. God bless you and have a great Thanksgiving.
