Extended Super Early Bird Deadline!
Good Afternoon Friends! I wanted to inform you of our 8 week deadline being extended for another week! With Christmas and New Year's coming up, I know this can be a very busy season, so I moved back the deadline until January 1st, 2010!! This means that tickets will be $42 for the lower bowl and $52 for the floor. With that being said, I also want to encourage you as you continue on in youth ministry. Our team here is praying daily for the students of the Kansas City area. We are so excited to see this event come together and be able to help you in any area that you may need. We are praying for the students to truly have an encounter with the Lord and to see how much the Lord truly does love and care for them! Calling all Parents!!
This year we are doing another session for the parents! What a great way to be able to see the event with your students and also be able to get poured into by a session just for parents!
Ron Luce wrote a book a few years ago called, "Recreate", this year there will be another parent session, taking the same book, but with different topics and helpful ideas just for parents!

4 Months Away!
Good morning! I realized this morning that today is the 4 month mark until our event in We have starter kits that are free, you may of received a brochure in the mail talking about putting down a deposit, but these are free to those who are looking at coming to the event! These starter kits consist of the following: - 3 Brochures: To let you and the other leaders in your church know about the event. Also, feel free to pass these on to other churches you know! I want to be able to make these possible to you so that you can have the tools to promote this event and for the students to see what this year will look like. We also have information kits that are a little bit smaller in content, these include: -Brochures- Give these to your senior pastor and church leaders so they know what the event is all about. -Pastor Letter- To help clarify ATF to your senior pastor, also includes an offer for the senior pastor to attend ATF for free! -Videos-There are videos for your group leaders, church congregation and students that will preview this year's Encounter. - 5 Posters: To hang in the youth room and to put on the church bulletin board. Give them to the students to put up in their school, as well.
- 24 Teen Invite Cards: To give to your students so they can invite their friends. Have them help spread the word to save you work!
- 1 Pastor Letter: To help clarify ATF to your senior pastor, also includes an offer for the senior pastor to attend ATF for free!
- 1 Parent Poster: Hang it up iin the church as a visual reminder that you want all the parents to attend as well!
