Expectations

Show up - Volunteering for ATF is a commitment. If accepted as a volunteer, we expect you be there. If you cannot make it to the event, please let us know as soon as possible and preferably at least two weeks before the event.

Maintain a servant’s heart - At the event, we may place you in a different job than what you signed up for. Why? Because at times there is a greater need for volunteers in another area. If this happens to you, please remember that you came to serve this weekend, and not to be served. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Have a good attitude - Remember, as a volunteer you represent Christ in your words and actions to everyone you interact with at the event. A friendly smile goes a long way to making sure you and the people you help have a great weekend.

Be flexible - Surprises are bound to happen with any live event. Regardless of what comes up, do not stress out. Take those situations in stride, make the proper adjustments needed and go with the flow.

Work hard - Volunteers provide the behind the scenes muscle that makes an ATF possible. When it is break time, feel free to relax and watch the event. But when you are working, make sure you are fully engaged in your job.
