Step 1: Apply to volunteer for both days of the event

1 two day volunteer = 1 free ticket
Volunteers must be 17 years old or older.

Step 2: Confirm your free ticket

If accepted as a volunteer, contact us by email or a phone call to confirm that you want the free ticket.

Step 3: Pick up the free ticket

The ticket will be reserved in the volunteer’s name and can be picked up one of two ways:

Option 1: Volunteer picks up the free ticket at the volunteer table at 4:15pm on Friday. Look for a banner that says, “Volunteers” by the front doors of the venue. Once you receive your tickets, you can give it to your friend at the event. (Preferred option)

Option 2: Your friend can pick up the ticket at our registration table when the doors open at 6pm. Look for the banner that says, “Registration” by the front doors of the venue. The ticket is reserved under the volunteer’s name and not the recipient.

*Only those volunteers on our list of confirmed free ticket recipients will receive a ticket at the event.
