A Few Quick Updates

I hope all is going well for you and I pray that everything is coming together for you and your groups that are coming!!

I’m excited to announce that we just started a new deal for ATF! If you register your group at the regular price between now and Feb 12, you will receive a free Unhindered CD with every ticket! That means if you register 10 tickets, you will get 10 free CDs. If you register 50 tickets, you will get 50 free CDs.

Unhindered is a great worship band that has been playing with ATF for the past several years. Their CD contains many of the favorite songs that we’ve used at ATF over the years.

We’d love to give CDs to your whole group, so that they can be blessed by the music of Unhindered. Call us today to register and get your free CDs.

Our 1 week deadline will be ending on February 12th. Prices are currently $57 for the bowl and $67 for the floor.

After this deadline, the prices will be going up another $10.

I also wanted to direct your attention to a few places on the website where you can receive more information for the details of this event.

On the main page for Kansas City, on the left side there are some tabs, these include restaurant information, hotel information, parking information and prices, and also an event schedule for the event.

About a week or two from the event, you will be receiving another email with your updated information, seats, sections, etc. You will want to print this off and bring this to the event. You will be receiving your wristbands at the registration table.

My team and I are so excited to meet you at this event and to hear the testimonies of how God will work in the lives of your students!! We are diligently praying for this event and your students! Let us know how we can specifically be praying for you and if there is anything we can help you with!

4 Weeks!!!

Good Afternoon Friends!

I wanted to bring this to your attention. We are officially 4 weeks out from the Kansas City event!! My team and I have been praying diligently for this event and for your students for awhile and we are so excited to see this event arrive so quickly!

We are now coming to the end of our EARLY BIRD DEADLINE. That means that tickets will go up $10 in price for each ticket after this deadline.

Right now, tickets are $47 for the lower bowl, and $57 for the floor. This deadline is ending THIS FRIDAY. January 22nd.

If you are interested in this event and would like more information, you can call 903-324-7533 or even if you are wanting to register you can call this number as well. It is my direct line and we are so excited to hear from you!

My team and I are so excited for this year's event and cannot wait to see what the Lord will do this year in Kansas City! We are praying for you and your students as this event is quickly approaching.

Deadline ends this Friday!!

I hope all is well with you as you are getting back into the swing of things after Christmas! I did want to update you of our deadline that is coming up THIS FRIDAY!!

Right now, tickets are $42 for the lower level bowl, and $52 for the floor.

These prices will go up after Friday night. The prices will be $47 for the lower bowl and $57 for the floor.

Band Update!

Good Morning Friends!

I wanted to update you with a few changes in our bands.

In case you haven't heard, Da Truth will no longer be able to be in Kansas City for ATF due to an unforeseen private matter that came up. Instead, we will have Lecrae performing.

Also, Kutless will not be able to attend, instead we will have Leeland performing as well.

Extended Super Early Bird Deadline!

Good Afternoon Friends!

I wanted to inform you of our 8 week deadline being extended for another week! With Christmas and New Year's coming up, I know this can be a very busy season, so I moved back the deadline until January 1st, 2010!! This means that tickets will be $42 for the lower bowl and $52 for the floor.

With that being said, I also want to encourage you as you continue on in youth ministry. Our team here is praying daily for the students of the Kansas City area. We are so excited to see this event come together and be able to help you in any area that you may need. We are praying for the students to truly have an encounter with the Lord and to see how much the Lord truly does love and care for them! I pray that this event would start a fire in the students, to see this generation reached!!

This year we are doing another session for the parents! What a great way to be able to see the event with your students and also be able to get poured into by a session just for parents!

Ron Luce wrote a book a few years ago called, "Recreate", this year there will be another parent session, taking the same book, but with different topics and helpful ideas just for parents!

4 Months Away!

Good morning!

I realized this morning that today is the 4 month mark until our event in Kansas City! It is crazy how time flies so fast! In these next few months, I want to be available to help you in any way I can. I wanted to let you know of some important information that might be beneficial for you and your youth.

We have starter kits that are free, you may of received a brochure in the mail talking about putting down a deposit, but these are free to those who are looking at coming to the event!

These starter kits consist of the following:

-       3 Brochures: To let you and the other leaders in your church know about the event. Also, feel free to pass these on to other churches you know!
-       5 Posters: To hang in the youth room and to put on the church bulletin board. Give them to the students to put up in their school, as well.
-       24 Teen Invite Cards: To give to your students so they can invite their friends. Have them help spread the word to save you work!
-       1 Pastor Letter: To help clarify ATF to your senior pastor, also includes an offer for the senior pastor to attend ATF for free!
-       1 Parent Poster: Hang it up iin the church as a visual reminder that you want all the parents to attend as well!
-       1 Planning Guide: contains all the details of the event and lays out a schedule that will help you stay organized as you plan.
-       1 DVD: Contains videos for your group leaders, church congregation, and students to get them excited about the event. Also contains a 4 week pre-event curriculum that you can use to get your students ready for the event.
-       1 Free Pass to get into an ATF Youth Ministry Conference, or $25 off your group’s registration for ATF (Call for details.)

I want to be able to make these possible to you so that you can have the tools to promote this event and for the students to see what this year will look like.

We also have information kits that are a little bit smaller in content, these include:

-Brochures- Give these to your senior pastor and church leaders so they know what the event is all about.

-Pastor Letter- To help clarify ATF to your senior pastor, also includes an offer for the senior pastor to attend ATF for free!

-Videos-There are videos for your group leaders, church congregation and students that will preview this year's Encounter.

Hello Kansas City!!

We are back! We are coming to Kansas City once again, and we are excited about what God is going to do at the event this year. Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Bethany Hodgson and I am the Manager over the Kansas City Acquire the Fire. As the Regional Manager, I am here specifically for you as Youth Pastors. My team and I are here to serve you, pray for you, and to answer any questions that we can for you. Please let me know if there is anything that I can for you!

Some last minute details...

Hello Everyone,

As you are all getting ready for an exciting weekend, I would like to take a moment and help answer a couple of questions for you all.

Friends, tomorrow I will not be in the office. I am traveling to Kansas City tonight so that I can be there for the event. As you know, registration will be closed after tomorrow, but if you need to purchase tickets, you can come see me at the registration table after 4pm tomorrow. If you have questions in the meantime, feel free to call my assistant, MaKayla, at 903-324-7802. She will be in the office from 9am-4pm CST. If you cannot reach her, feel free to call the 1-800 number and speak to a representative from a different event.

If you did not receive your bar-code email, do not fear. If you will simply bring your confirmation page with you and come to the registration table, we will take care of you (and if you can’t find that…lol it’s ok, JUST COME). Regardless, I will have a list onsite with everyone who is registered for the event and will be able to take care of you.
